OmniTouch Conference in Indonesia on 6th August 2009
OmniTouch International is pleased to announce that its first OmniTouch Contact Centre conference will be launched in Jakarta on the 6th August 2009.
This is the very first Contact Centre conference which is organised by the OmniTouch team. Overseas practitioners and clients from MNCs will be invited to speak at the conference.
