Supervisors are the key to the success of your Frontline team. The challenges that their Frontline team members faces and how to resolve them are what is most important to them. Bringing their Frontline team member to the next level and how to make everyone in the team a winner is the wish of every Supervisor.
At OmniTouch, we believe that to make a training program work, the key is your Supervisors. They should be included in all the Frontline programs, understand them and how it relates directly to the Frontline’s work as well gaining their buy-in that this is what is required for their team.
It is important to note that all of our programs for the Frontline are also considered to be required for Supervisors to attend.
