Our comprehensive suite of programs addresses Management, Team Leader & Frontline eco-systems required to excel in service & experience.

While much of our work is conducted privately ‘in-house’ with Clients, we offer an extensive series of Public Programs throughout the year.

We believe that Public class sizes should be kept small. So we limit attendance to not more than 9 Participants per program – keeping engagement & discussion levels high. To make the experience even more special, our Public Programs are held in our shophouse art gallery setting.
