In addition to holding the role of Managing Director, OmniTouch International, I’m proud to be the Managing Director of the DACH Customer Experience Awards.

DACH is an acronym that refers to the largely German-speaking region comprised of Germany, Austria and Switzerland a region with a nearly 100,000 million population.

With nearly 15 years consulting, training & research experience in Customer Experience, I made it my mission in 2019 to bring a professional and inspiring Customer Experience Awards program to DACH, in partnership with Awards International.

A great Awards program enables you and your Organization to earn industry recognition for your hard work and – at the same time – provides a powerful and engaging forum to recognize and celebrate your Team.

By entering and completing the written and face to face judging process you and your Team will build your unique case study as well as develop presentation expertise. And of course, by winning, you’ve demonstrated to your Organization, your Clients & your Customers that you’re among the very best.

I’m proud to support the inspiration and growth of the Customer Experience industry in DACH.

I’ve also retained my position as Managing Director, OmniTouch International.

For more than 18 years, OmniTouch has – through workshops, certification programs, Mystery Shopper research and consulting – worked worldwide to inspire and help people in the Customer Service, Contact Centre and Customer Experience industries.

In addition to my Customer Experience background, I’ve have exhibited a proven ability to develop business opportunities, grow markets and manage operations, employees and clients.

Earlier in my career I was a scientist and Managing Director for Metrohm AG, a Swiss company that supplies precision instruments for chemical analysis. I possess extensive expertise in developing chemical and analytical applications and software and managed the related business. I earned a Master of Applied Science degree in Chemistry from Europa Fachhochschule Fresenius and the Leonardo da Vinci stependium.
