We are excited to be a Founding Partner of the Singapore & Regional Digital & Customer Experience Awards launching in Singapore in 2017.
There are three Awards programs incorporated in the Singapore & Regional Digital & Customer Experience Awards with specific Awards designed for each program.

- Achieving CX, Digital & Employee experience is a journey – not a destination – so the Awards are designed to recognize successful projects, programs, campaigns and efforts – not the usual ‘Best of the Best’ which inhibits entry by Organizations who have achieved something special but may not feel ready for a ‘Best of the Best’.
- Rather than having the same old ‘professional Judges’ year after year, Awards International welcomes ‘professionals who want to Judge’ – bringing diversity and real-world experience to the judging process
- No membership fees are required to enter the Awards – why should you have to pay twice to enter an Award?
- A transparent and value-add judging process – 50% of the score is based on a written submission which is judged online and the remaining 50% of the score is based on a 30-minute face to face presentation on Awards day – a full report complete with each Judge’s scores & comments is provided back to all Entrants.
- As a Regional Awards, no country boundaries apply – it may be the case that Organizations from different countries may compete for the same Award. Excellence is celebrated – wherever it is to be found.
- Awards are presented the same day as face to face judging at a special lunch – no need to wait for weeks and then attend a dinner event – this limits the ability for many to attend.
